John Deere factory tour availability varies by location. Please review the below details specific to factories currently offering tours. Before booking a tour, please review this important information to prepare.

Who we welcome for a tour

We’re excited to welcome customers, school groups, and family members of current employees for tours by appointment only. All tour attendees must be 13 years old to tour (no exceptions). Minors (13-17) must be accompanied by an adult. 

The general public is invited to tour our John Deere Pavilion, Tractor and Engine Museum, and John Deere Historic Site

Pick your location or contact your dealer

If you’re a customer, please arrange your tour through your dealer network. 

If you are the family member of a current employee or coordinating for a school group, select your location below.

Prepare ahead

  • To ensure a smooth visit, please provide all attendee names (legal first and last) in advance of your tour. Remember to bring valid identification upon arrival, including government-issued ID and any relevant credentials. 

  • For your safety, long pants and shoes with closed toe and heel are required. No sandals, shorts, skirts, or dresses are allowed regardless of season. An exception can be made for long skirts if associated with religious affiliation. We’ll provide PPE: bump cap, safety glasses, and hearing protection.  

  • Please leave all personal belongings, including bags, backpacks, and electronic devices, in your vehicle outside the facility. We’ll share our communication outlets in case of emergency.

John Deere Harvester Works
